First of all you have to create an account to one of the available online money transferring processors, in order to accept payments by PTC sites. Now that you have already created a payment processor account you are ready to join PTC sites. You have to be careful here though, because not all the PTC sites finally pay their users. Most of them are scams, which means you get to sign up, spend your time and sometimes money on them but after a while they disappear without any notice! So what you have to do is follow the most famous trusted PTC sites available with lots of users that have posted proofs in forums that they have been paid. HomePages-Friends.com is a whole different story in the paid-to online business.. It is a paid-to-search program that has been online for more than a year. It used to be called MySearchFunds.co.uk, but recently they changed their name and also upgraded their services to meet the latest standards of a professional business site. The way it works is simple enough even for amature internet users. What you have to do is go to the site, login, click on customize services and then on set browser searchbox. You will see your browser's search box (top right corner) changing to your HomePages-Friends.com username. Then if you ever need to search something on the web, simply use that searchbox. Your searches are being recorded and checked for not breaking the rules of the site. This doesn't actually mean that people will check on what you search, but an automated system will check if your searches are real. For example if you try to search 10 times the words "make money online" you will only get credited once. If you really want to earn from this system you have to use it as your normal search engine. The searchbox makes use of the Yahoo search engine to get you the results and you will be credited an amount of about 0.02 GBP per valid search (~0.03 USD) and once you reach the minimum withdraw balance which is 20.00 GBP, it will be automatically withdrawn to your PayPal account. (Only the first time, you will be asked to accept). It is a nice program that we used last year until November when our payment was delayed because of their major site updates, we were full of doubts back then, but we finally received our payment, so it is now proven legit. Only because of many fraud users from some countries including our one, not all countries are supported anymore. So if your country is supported, use it and earn from it. LinkGrand.com is an advertising website with stylish design and professional look. The earnings are not great with this one but at least it is safe, and well it is probably the fastest out there! I paid a visit to the site and its forum and here are my research results:

1. First of all, in their T.O.S. there is the basic scamming rule:
(Rule 4) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice.

2. In the forum there are people who complain about long pending periods.
Also, the payment proofs are a bit messed up in my opinion. You can check them, then
check buxout's or neobux's proofs and you'll get to know what I mean.

3. There is a topic named "Is pay2surf a scam?", started by the admin and between the rest he promises:

"New Urgent Support contact will be available within the next 3 days for 70-80+ day old payouts.
*NEW* BETA Telephone support will also be coming back temporarily.
Pay2Surf has a bright future with V2.0 release, however we are getting thrashed by kids
who are basically jumping up and down and shouting because we are overloaded."

The site uses an old PTC model with very long waiting queues and it is most likely that they will have even longer queues soon and just by hiring people for support won't solve the problems. You have to get the queued members paid inside the mentioned by the F.A.Q. (within 28 days) period. Oh and by the way in the T.O.S. it says:

(Rule 5) All payments are made via PayPal and no other payment method is being used at this time. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 60 business days. You must accumulate at least $40 before payment will be issued.

Shouldn't it be the same in both pages..? I guess it is out of their notice until now.. and it is a weird coincidence that most people read the F.A.Q. instead of the long boring T.O.S.

4. The price rates are 0.02/click and 0.02/referral click..
which under any circumstances simply do not work with any PTC site.

5. And finally something else i noticed is that the advertising packages require someone to join the site in order to contact the support and find out how much they cost, personally I wouldn't get in the pain just to find out that their prices are above the clouds to make the PTC sustainable and to achieve that they should be around $40 for 1000 hits.. nobody pays that much for advertising. When you get to order page, which in almost all PTCs usually gives an overview of the advertising packages that the site offers, here you get the message:
"1000 member visits $CONTACT US" which is funny, don't you think?

From my experience in the PTC Industry pay2surf.net will go down soon.
Just my opinion though.. I make reviews.. the admins make rules..

This program has disappointed us and many other users so we stop promoting it.. It hasn't paid anyone for a long period of more than six months, it is not profitable until we get some proof.. It looks like there can't be a search engine that pays per search.

It has happened a lot of times with this site probably because of server problems but this is definetely not good. After all this time it is most likely not to come back but even if it does, it would not be a safe investment anymore.. Several scams went off this way! If the site comes back and stays it will be tested and added again plus we'll make a new review.

Buxout.com

Removed - Went Broke

2008-12-15.. :

After the recent problems, Buxout administrators could not handle payments any longer so they had to close their site. Noone can say that they scammed people, cause their business strategy simply didn't work. They've been legit until now, and they even returned our money from our recent upgrade purchase. This means they had all the good manners to run a business but they just failed. Our total loss in buxout is a sum of ~$80 and it was all based on money we had made online. It is a quite risky business so we should expect some sites to simply close. At least we've got very lucky with neobux.com. This is what they say:

"We apologize for closing, but we paid out all our capital and revenue has drastically slowed down over the past month. We are afraid we do not have the resources to continue running the site.
Any questions or concerns can be directed to support@buxout.com
Thank you for being a member of Buxout.com"

2008-12-03.. :
We purchased premium in Buxout.com and after some major recycling we've tripled our earnings. If it keeps paying us instantly it might overtake neobux.com too.. but it's still early to judge.

The site has not been paying anyone anymore for a very long time, has no forum, the admin does not reply to any support tickets and he doesn't seem to care about the site design or performance anymore.
We requested payment on 11th February 2008.. It is a matter of time when it will disappear without a reason.

We could not say that it is scamming as this is a legit paid to click site that has many payment proofs, and is online for about a year now, but the latest changes are just very disappointing.

0.001 for a regular ad for standard members and 0.002 for a regular ad for green members..

In the advercash.net forum we found the following as it was written by the admin:

"Also there is a new way to earn with these lower ad costs!
From now on every time your referral purchases advertisement, you get an affiliate bonus. For every $1 that your referral spends on advertising, you get 2 Lottery Tickets! That means if 2 of your referrals spend $20 on advertising each, you get 80 tickets!!"

This definitely does not fix the situation cause it looks more luck based than investing, so it's unprofessional as a business. We suggest to stay away from these two PTCs as it's easy now for its admins to make huge earnings while members make tiny.. and that's exactly the time when PTCs turn to scams.

The same goes to TitanClicks.com as it has the same admins.

Step 4 : Get Referrals

A great way to get referrals is through our forum. You can always give a brief description of the program you are promoting each time and then give your referral link for others to join under you. You could also exchange referrals with someone, join under him at a program and let him join under one of yours. Then be both active. For any questions we have a support category there too, and we will reply to your posts soon!

After searching the web, while using PTC sites you'll soon get to realize that there is an easy way of getting referrals to your programs. You can always buy them, yes, but what if they get inactive soon? Or maybe worse... what if they are inactive from the first day and the site (like most of the PTCs) don't have a policy of replacing them? Then your money is gone.. Now that you have got into the PTC industry and you've already started to make referrals there is an additional way that you can make some referrals, not many but still a few more referrals mean a lot of more money. You can advertise your referral links, using free manual traffic-exchange sites. It means that you'll get to visit other sites while other members visit yours. Using these sites you get guaranteed visits to the programs you use but not really guaranteed referrals. The good point is that if someone gets interested in one program, he enters straight under your referral link and it is guaranteed that he will be active with this program. This happens because he didn't enter to get credit or something like that (like in GetRef.com) but because he was personally interested in the program so he'll be active for a while and he will earn you more money! Join the following traffic-exchange sites for free.

Traffic-co-op.com is our favorite manual traffic exchange site. It has a full 1:1 visit ratio so as many websites you visit, the same times your websites (or your referral links) will be visited. This one is pretty cool because after a while your surf ratio rises and soon you'll be getting more visits to your links than you surf. It also includes a lot of gifts like 15 visits free every now and then and free lottery tickets where you earn even more visit credits. It is really the best and the most rewarding manual traffic exchange site. Try it out first!

One of the best manual traffic exchange sites. We've been testing it lately and it brings nice results. It has 2:1 surf ratio, and you can add up to 10 websites to advertise plus 5 banners. You also get 10% of your referrals' activity. Upgrade values are cheap so it's a nice choice.

Step 6 : Good luck with your earnings!

You can now relax, you've done all you had to do and your business is set up! Now all you have to do is check out the PTCs once per day for sometime to click on ads. It is what this whole industry is based on. This means that the PTC sites exist because of their members clicks. If there are no clicks then soon there will be no advertisements and the PTCs just close. Also you can go back to the traffic exchange sites in order to keep your referral lists growing or you can invest some money in buying some extra referrals.
